1. The inverter has high voltage, low current and circuit loss, which can save 15% of electric energy. The power of the IGBT intermediate frequency power transformer is 2800V, the power of the traditional thyristor intermediate frequency power transformer is 750V, the current is reduced by four times, and the line loss is reduced.
2. High power factor, the power factor is greater than 0.98, no power loss is small, this part saves 3%-5% of electric energy than the thyristor intermediate frequency power supply. The IGBT adopts full-bridge rectification, and the rectifier part does not adjust the conduction angle of the thyristor, so the power factor of the whole process is greater than 0.98, and the power loss is small.
3. The heat loss of the furnace body is small. Under the same power condition, the IGBT is 15 minutes faster than the thyristor per batch. The heat loss at the road exit accounts for 3% of the whole process. Therefore, this part saves 3% of energy compared with the thyristor intermediate frequency power supply.
High-order harmonic interference: When the thyristor produces a voltage peak, the high-order harmonic of the rectifier adjusts the voltage. The voltage grid will be seriously polluted and other equipment cannot work. The IGBT intermediate frequency power rectifier part adopts a full bridge rectifier. The DC voltage always works at the highest level, no need to adjust the conduction angle, so no higher harmonics are generated, no grid pollution, transformers, converters will not be heated and will not interfere with the work of other electronic devices.
Constant power output: The thyristor intermediate frequency power supply has voltage and current regulators, and the IGBT adopts frequency and power regulators, which will not be affected by the thickness of the furnace charge and furnace lining. Maintaining constant power output during the heating process, especially when producing stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other non-magnetic materials, the IGBT power supply has a high working efficiency. The burning loss of the furnace lining is reduced, which reduces the casting cost.
